As for the other... there's no such thing as undue concern and worry. I worry, it's what I do. And having gone through a lot of this, and having family members still dealing with a lot of this... easier to see it from both sides of the fence.

I know, even without knowing you, you're worth so much more than you can see, and there's no way of calculating a person's value to other people, so. You can try and logic and argue and debate... it's subjective. Maybe you can't see it right now, but. Just stop trying to see it. Believe in what people who love you can see for right now.

And I'm somewhat maudlin at the moment, so apologies if this is far too sappy and depressing and personal for comfort.
