There's a large green caterpiller on my lawn. As in, probably 2+ inches. I half want to go grab it, put it in a jar and see what happens.

Two things are stopping me. I absolutely loathe insects. But more than that, I really don't want to kill it. And it just seems cruel to catch it and keep it in a jar.

I have issues.
