So!
After much ado at airports, and missing luggage, am finally at the hotel on Kaua'i.
There's a luau tonight, but I think we're gonna skip it and go on Thursday. We just got in, ordered room service, and La is sleeping off his food coma. Between being up for 24 (him) and 36 (me) hours on the way here, and the time difference (can I help it if I think it's cool that it's almost 11:30 at home, and only 6:30 here?), sleep has been a catch as catch can proposition.
We stayed one night on Oahu, due to the fact that we were going to go over to see the Memorial on the Arizona. But because it rained, and they lost our luggage, we didn't actually make it there. But having the day to just decompress was a good thing. Sitting on the balcony on the 16th floor, and having a little bird land on the railing 3 feet away from me and chirp at me sort of made up for it. What can I say? I'm easy to please. The little critter just sat there talking for a few minutes, then flew off. Was nifty.
On that note, I'm kind of waiting for it to get dark, so I can watch the geckos run across the window screen catching mosquitos. I want a gecko!
In other news, I suddenly had an absolute craving for journal RPing again. I probably won't find anything I want to do, but I just miss writing and rping so incredibly much lately.
Ahh well. Hard to be depressed about anything when I have an ocean view, wide open windows (the screens push back so you're literally open air) and the waves growling on the sand as the tide comes in. And soon there will be geckos!

As that I am sitting here debating what to write and never settling on anything.
What should I write next in the verse of that snippet I sent you?
1. What happens after he dies.
2.What happens after Jack wakes up retconned.
3. Dying, again.
4. None of the above, see comments.
(which means you have to comment)
